Return & Refund Policy

Effective from: 1 January 2024

This Return Policy is an integral part of Albiora’s Terms of Use and should be read in conjunction with them.


1. General Information

1.1. Albiora’s cancellation and return policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection Law.

1.2. Products that have been used cannot be returned, unless they are defective, as defined by the UK Defective Products Liability Law.


2. Order Cancellation and Changes

2.1. You may request to cancel or change your order at Albiora’s sole discretion. All requests must be made prior to the shipping date of your order.

2.2. In the event of a cancellation, a refund may be issued subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value (including shipping) or £20.00, whichever is lower.

2.3. If you choose to add products to an existing order, they will be charged at the current price at the time of addition—not the original order price.


3. Returns

3.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products, provided this right is granted under applicable UK law. All return shipping costs are your responsibility.

3.2. Once the returned products have been received and inspected, Albiora may issue a refund. A cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value (including shipping) or £20.00 (whichever is lower) may apply, unless the return is due to a defect or a product mismatch.


4. Product Mismatch

4.1. Please inspect your products upon arrival. If there is a significant mismatch between what was ordered and what was received, you must notify Albiora within one business day. Failure to report within this time frame will be considered acceptance of the delivery.


5. Refund Eligibility

5.1. To qualify for a refund, you must provide Albiora with the tracking number issued when the products were dispatched. No refund will be issued without this tracking number.
